RWAR FOSTER MANUAL/CONTRACT

HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER

Release: The volunteer agrees to accept responsibility of volunteering and exposure around Ruby Whiskers’ dogs/cats and other volunteers at volunteers’ own risk. The volunteer, and for the volunteers’ spouse, heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assigns, agrees never to bring a claim or suit against RWAR. The volunteer releases RWAR and its directors, founders, employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers, successors, and assigns from all liability arising from volunteering or being in contact with any RWAR foster animal. The volunteer understands that this agreement discharges RWAR and its directors, founders, employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any liability to the volunteer and the volunteers’ spouse, heirs executors, and assigns, with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, amputation, scarring, death, property damage, or other loss that may result from volunteering or behavior or activities of  Ruby Whiskers’ dogs/cats or other RWAR volunteers. The volunteer releases RWAR and discharges RWAR and its directors, founders, employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any liability for RWAR's own negligence or liability that may result in bodily injury, personal injury, illness, amputation, scarring, death, property damage or other loss to the volunteer. The volunteer agrees that RWAR may use any photograph of the volunteer and any RWAR foster animal taken by RWAR or its agents, or provided by the volunteer to RWAR, in promotional materials, consents to RWAR's use of the volunteers likeness in such promotional materials, and specifically releases RWAR from any claim arising out of RWAR's use of the volunteers likeness or photographs of the volunteer in such promotional materials.

I agree to love, care, train, and nurture my foster while following the RWAR foster guidelines, adoption rules, and foster terms in this Ruby Whiskers Animal Rescue, Inc. Foster Manual/ Contract. 

 

I also AGREE, that I am a temporary caregiver for my foster pet for the animal owner, Ruby Whiskers Animal Rescue and by agreeing to the foster contract terms, I am not the owner of said animal and I assume no ownership rights.
